Practice Background

Cloud Factory (Inecom Pty Ltd) has been delivering ERP solutions to Australian organisations since 1989, with a long-standing focus on implementing, integrating and supporting business-critical systems across finance, operations and customer engagement.

Our practice has evolved alongside the ERP market. From early implementations of Sage Enterprise solutions across organisations ranging from 10 to 300 users, through to becoming a launch partner for SAP Business One in 2005, we have consistently worked with growing and operationally complex businesses. Our client base has included well-known Australian organisations such as Kogan, Boost Juice and Temple & Webster.

In 2014, we were again selected as a launch partner — this time for MYOB Advanced (now MYOB Acumatica) — and in 2018 we introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which now forms the core of our ERP delivery and consulting practice.

Today, our focus for the Microsoft Practice is delivering connected business platforms built around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , extended through integration with CRM, service and automation technologies.
