Phase 01: Cloud ERP Requirements & Selection
In the early stages, Cloud Factory will help you establish the overall scope and budget for your project through reviews and discussion, for example, discussing how our clients can contribute to a successful implementation. After your team reviews with us the business requirements for the new system, we will review these requirements to determine the solution best able to fit your business needs. And finally, together we will discuss and establish your go-live plans.
Phase 02: Cloud ERP Implementation Planning, Training & Support
Based on the scope of the project, typically we will together jointly develop an implementation project plan for your project team that includes details on how the various modules will interact and when data will be migrated or input to the system.
Whilst training you will find you can create new and improved processes. Be sure to utilise our business process experience to consider improvements where applicable. We can provide a “test system” to perform activities. By using a test system with a snapshot of your data, you have a safe learning environment where nothing will be changed in your live data.
Phase 03: Cloud ERP Consulting, Customisation, and Upgrade Services
The Cloud Factory Team want you to get the most of your software investment. We have the business knowledge and technical skills to help you tailor, and possibly customise solutions for your business.

Phase 04: Cloud ERP Annual User Group
Get the most out of your investment in your systems by attending an online gathering of customers, partners, and Vendor representatives as appropriate from time to time. At each event, you will learn more about the current state of release of your Cloud ERP and gain access to share your thoughts on the future direction of the company and product direction. Held quarterly, this event is hosted and supported by CloudFactory.co and attendance is included for each and every client.
