Körber acquires majority stake in Cohesio Group and expands business with voice and robotics supply chain solutions
The international technology group Körber, owner of HighJump Warehouse Management Solution, has strengthened its business in the area of supply chain logistics by stepping into the future of voice and robotics and acquired majority stake in Cohesio Group Ltd. Cloud Factory are already engaged with the Australian based company who are a leader in integrating voice-directed and autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solutions for the logistics industry. The acquisition is effective as of September 20, 2019.

The Körber Logistics Systems is a leading provider of fully integrated applications for optimizing complex internal and external logistics processes.
