In this session we will showcase the functionality of both of these high end Microsoft solutions and will give you a typical day in the life of demonstration.

So if you are looking for a more capable lead, opportunity and, pipeline management solution to provide better funnel visibility and management of your sales teams or are looking for the ability to convert inbound support emails automatically into service cases with the ability to prioritise and report on queues and cases, then this session is for you.
