After four years, we are thrilled to bring our User Group back in person, supported by a full program of virtual events throughout 2026. With SAP preparing for Version 11, major performance upgrades, deeper automation, and a new generation of AI-enabled capability, this is one of the most exciting periods in the product’s history — and your User Group is the best place to stay ahead.

Now entering our 19th year, the CloudFactory User Group continues to evolve. What began as a series of in-person sessions across Victoria has grown into a hybrid learning experience where you can select the topics that matter most to your business. Virtual sessions remain flexible and accessible, while in-person events allow you to reconnect with the SAP community, meet experts, and explore real-world use cases face-to-face.
