Our team have partnered with CloudFactory for some time - directly and indirectly. The introduction was by way of one of our mutual clients whom we rescued from a cyber-attack. Whilst we provided our services - so did CloudFactory and from these meetings grew a great and trusted relationship.
As many of our Complete Cloud customers will know, Microsoft have many solutions built in the cloud for business, from Microsoft 365, Hosted Servers and to Business Applications. Retrac have partnered with Cloud factory to introduce the Business Applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will want to be able to remind yourself and/or your team of appointments and opportunities so that you can keep track of potential sales. You will want to be able to provide immediate quotations with accurate pricing based upon the customer rules. Day to day management will see you and your team either at the office or at the customers premise and access to information and providing immediate updates is key. Your team might also use Outlook extensively and of course your monthly presentations must be accurate! Read on!
