Based on roles, we often have a set of tasks to perform on a regular basis. It is not uncommon, that while in a middle of task, an incoming call distracts you and before you know it you are in the middle of something else but now that’s completed where were you...?
In the SAP Business One Web Client SAP have now introduced the "Recent Activity" & "Frequently Used" lists:
SAP Business One generates both lists automatically but is controlled through Options. "Recent Activity" is your browsing history in the SAP Business One Web client. Clicking an entry opens the respective record or app. Document number, BP or Item code are displayed for further transparency and efficiency. For list views, the view name is displayed and in case of search, the searched value is shown. The "Frequently Used" list collects the apps and records accessed by the user most frequently at this time. You can use it as your "favourites".
If from some reason you want to deactivate these lists, switch it off in the User Activities section in the Settings window. To delete both lists click the "Clear" button:
Available in the Web client for SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA PL00 and Web client for SAP Business One 10.0 PL01 for MS SQL users.
