The Financial Director manages the day-to-day, detail-oriented work for the company. There are many aspects to the role but a key day to day focus is managing company performance! This includes actuals, budgets, forecasts and being precise a dollar out for Inventory Valuation will require an answer! As such it can be stressful to defer work to another day as we live in a dynamic real-time environment. Having the company processes streamlined and succeed each day saves time in the long run. It is often seen that a fair amount of time is spent solving internal problems such as finding missing data, correcting invoice errors, answering staff questions, and getting answers from other departments who simply don’t have the systems to provide the required data in a timely manner.

Sales Management Responsibilities
This role requires that you have access to a precise and timely overview of your contact information so that you can serve your prospective customers more efficiently and increase customer satisfaction. You will want to be able to remind yourself and/or your team of appointments and opportunities so that you can keep track of potential sales. You will want to be able to provide immediate quotations with accurate pricing based upon the customer rules. Day to day management will see you and your team either at the office or at the customers premise and access to information and providing immediate updates is key. Your team might also use Outlook extensively and of course your monthly presentations must be accurate! Read on!
