MYOB Advanced Clients with multiple companies have asked many times, 'We have a number of different companies using MYOB Advanced and often get confused if more than one is open at a time. Is there a way we can change the User Interface colour for each company?'. If you have a number of legal entities within the one tenant it can be hard to know which one you are in. You do have the ability to adjust the Primary Colour per company using the MYOB Advanced Theme to adjust this.
To be able to make the following changes, you must have the correct security roles assigned to you and have access to all the companies screens.
So how exactly do you adjust the primary color of the company in MYOB Advanced? Here is a step-by-step guide for you.
Open up the companies screen and select the company which you would like to change the color for. Move the cursor to the 'Visual Appearance' tab as shown in the image below.
Move down to the section called 'Primary Colour'. Adjust the primary colour by selecting the tick box and then the colour. Follow this by selecting save.
You will be able to see the updated colour for your company as shown below.
Step 4 (Optional)
Repeat the steps if you need to change primary colors of all your other companies in the cloud system.
