Hello and welcome back to our quarterly User Group Training Event sponsored by Cloud Factory!
As a WIISE/Microsoft Supported client Microsoft Dynamics 365 User Group is dedicated to bringing updated Solution Information (brought about by product updates), Platform Updates, Solution Overviews, Tips and Tricks and other useful and associated information such as Dynamics CRM, PowerPlatform or Office 365.
We look to provide a Quarterly Agenda which your dedicated consulting and support team at Cloud Factory provides but the aim is always to keep you abreast of the solutions that are running your business, how new enhancements might benefit and from time to time feature "Guest Application Reviews" from Portals - Reporting - CRM - Field Service - Warehousing solutions that give even capability for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 family.

You can set up various layouts to define the information that you want to extract from the chart of accounts. One of the main functions of account schedules is to provide a place for calculations that cannot be made directly in the chart of accounts, such as creating subtotals for groups of accounts, which can be included in new totals and can then be used in other totals.
We will be reviewing the process and explain the use of GL Account Categories. We will discuss Column Layouts, % calculations, comparing general ledger figures and general ledger budgets
Account schedule can compare the results of different accounting periods, such as this month versus same month last year.
By the end of the overview we hope you will have greater understanding for Account Schedules! You should be able to:
